Navigation : Shipments :Shipment Notice

Click on Shipment Notice to create ASN

Create Advance shipment notice

Select the list of PO's and click on Add to Shipment Notice

Enter the shipment headerEnter the shipment lines details such as shipping quantity, LPN,Lot/Serial details

Click submit

Buyer login

Open the ASN Notification to get the detailed information

PO Receipt

Only if we run the "receiving transaction processor" ASN shipment information will be interfaced from i-supplier to PO receipt

Query with the PO details Click Find

All the shipment header details entered by supplier will be interfaced.Navigate to Shipment Lines.

Lines will have all the detailed shipment information entered by supplier. Select the line and enter the quantity, sub inventory, locator and save the transactionReceiving Transaction Summary

Query the Receiving transaction summary with the PO number to get the delivered details

PO ReturnEnter the quantity to be returned and then save the transactions.Supplier -Receipt View

Select receipt and enter the PO number and click find. Detailed information will be available.

Supplier Return View

Navigation:Shipments > Returns

Click returned to get the complete information about return details

Over Due Receipts

System will display all the unreceived delivery
